MEETING PROCEDURES: The meeting will be conducted in person and via Zoom and will allow council members, staff, and members of the public to hear all individuals who are participating in the meeting.

TO PARTICIPATE: Members of the public wishing to comment or provide testimony during the meeting may appear in person to speak during Citizen’s Communications and Public Hearings. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes. Please submit written comments to the City Clerk’s Office at least six (6) hours prior to the meeting with the heading “Public Comment for disbursement to the City Council.”
