The Transportation and Mobility Commission wants to hear from you. We take comments from community members\u00a0regarding any issue at every meeting. Look for information about our upcoming meetings on the\u00a0calendar<\/a> and view recent agendas.<\/p>\n

When providing comments or testimony, please\u00a0keep remarks brief and\u00a0directed to the Transportation and Mobility Commission as a body, not the audience, staff or the applicant. Please limit your testimony or comments to 3 minutes, or about 400 words.<\/p>\n

There are two opportunities\u00a0to speak to the Transportation and Mobility Commission at a meeting<\/h2>\n

1. Community Forum<\/h3>\n

The public is invited to speak regarding any issue.<\/p>\n

2. Public Testimony<\/h3>\n

The public is invited to provide testimony regarding an action\u00a0item on the meeting\u2019s\u00a0agenda.<\/p>\n

There are three ways to provide comments<\/h2>\n

1. In Writing<\/h3>\n

Send all comments to\u00a0TMC<\/a>@cityofvancouver.us<\/a>\u00a0before noon the day of the meeting. These comments will be distributed to the Transportation and Mobility Commission before the\u00a0meeting and to the relevant project staff to be\u00a0entered into the official record. You do not need to fill out the below\u00a0form to send in written comments.<\/p>\n

2. Remotely<\/h3>\n

Fill out this\u00a0form before noon the day of the meeting and join the meeting via Zoom or phone\u00a0(link\/phone number on each\u00a0agenda). Staff will call on you to speak when its your turn.<\/p>\n

3. In Person<\/h3>\n

Fill out this form<\/a> before noon the day of the meeting or complete a speaker request form in person prior to the start of Community
