67.28.1816(1)<\/a>, lodging tax revenues may be used directly by any municipality or indirectly through a destination marketing organization for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tourism marketing<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and operations of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists<\/li>\n<li>Capital expenditures and operating expenses of tourism-related facilities owned or operated by a municipality or a public facilities district<\/li>\n<li>Operating expenses of tourism facilities owned or run by qualifying non-profits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
