The staff representative is\u00a0the\u00a0City Administrator. Agenda items must be submitted by Tuesday afternoon of the week prior to the meeting.\u00a0Note: If a holiday falls on the Monday of a Council\/Workshop meeting, the meeting is then held on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agenda available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofcamas.us\/meetings?field_microsite_tid_1=27\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Citizens can reach the Council members:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Through the City Administrator\u2019s Office at 360.834.6864, to leave a message<\/li>\n<li>By calling the\u00a0Council member\u00a0directly<\/li>\n<li>Through U.S. Mail addressed to Council and mailed to City of Camas,\u00a0616 NE 4th AVE, Camas, WA 98607<\/li>\n<li>By personally delivering mail to City Hall, 616 NE 4th AVE, Camas, where each Council member has a correspondence box<\/li>\n<li>By sending an email to the individual Council member or to all Council members at:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:council@cityofcamas.us\">council@cityofcamas.us<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li><u><strong>Emails to the City are public records and subject to disclosure<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n<li><u><strong>Emails provided to one or a few Council Members will be forwarded to include all Council Members<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>General meeting information and accommodations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The City of Camas welcomes the participation of its citizens in the public meeting process.\u00a0Anyone interested may be heard at meetings. In addition, the Clerk\u2019s office will receive written comments at any time between notice distribution and the completion of the meeting.
